Bookings

Links on this page are for group booking forms for residential courses at Marle.  Go to the downloads page for all other booking forms and information.

First of all pick up the phone or email the centre and speak to Graham or Larraine and give us an overview of what your group require. 

1. If your dates are specific then check out our availability page, if there are no dates to suit you, then call the centre directly on 01492 581218 as there may have been a cancellation or low recruitment.

2. Browse the website to gain an overview of the activities that you would like to pack into a program.

3. Download a booking form and return by snail mail with deposits of £20 per person.

Once the booking has been confirmed you will receive all the relevant documentation through the post or download it from this site.

4. If you require a bespoke course then after booking, speak with Graham, Helena or Simon about your requirements.  They can advise what activities sequence best and what will get the most out of your stay.  They will then help you fill out your 'Green Form' which helps to itemise what you are paying for and what we are providing. 

If you prefer a course run completely by Marle Staff then we can easily skip through the form and start planning.

Green forms should be with us 8 weeks before the course to allow us time to book staff and transport etc. 

Invoices will be sent out at 7 weeks and paid in full by 6 weeks.

Cancellations

Please insure your trip to cover cancellations.

We do not refund after 6 weeks!!
